Screen just showing dots on top

My screen was working fine for most of the day, now I have noticed that only the dots at the top are showing. It is still working fine just I can see any of the screens.

 

I can't reset via the charger as mine doesn't have the button, is there another way to sort this out?

Hello @debraguk 

Try changing your Clock face through the Fitbit App. Preferably one by Fitbit for now. Hopefully this will fix the problem.
