Hi, just taken delivery of my new Charge 5. Charged it up to full. Connected to app. But it won’t update and now it is unresponsive. My iPhone can’t find it via blue tooth. The Fitbit looks like it has switched off, it won’t charge, while the Fitbit logo flashes intermittently. I’ve tried the 3 pulse and 15 second hold down reset and long reset methods but nothing has worked. Please help!
