Screen malfunction Charge 5

My screen flashes on and off all night draining battery and when trying to swipe to see functions it automatically returns to Home Screen. Have rebooted it and it worked fine for a week now it’s broke again.

Thank you for all the information that you've shared about this inconvenience with your Charge 5 and the troubleshooting steps that you already tried. 

Do you know if there's anything in particular that is coming up on the screen when your screen flashes on at night? Is there any notification or feature that you've seen activated at night and that may be causing this problem? 

In the meantime, please try to activate the Do Not Disturb Mode or the Sleep Mode feature at night.  When the do not disturb setting is on:

• Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
• The do not disturb icon illuminates in quick settings.

When the sleep mode setting is on:

• Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
• The screen's brightness is set to dim.
• The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.
• To wake Charge 5, firmly tap the screen twice.

Keep in mind that you can't turn on the do not disturb setting and sleep mode at the same time.
