I dropped my fitbit charge 5 twice on its screen and now the screen has gone unresponsive. It'll work when I have it plugged in charge, all aspects of the screen works then. But once I take it off the charger the screen goes blank even if I put it on always on. The fitbit always seem to restart itself once I plug it. Any thoughts on what's wrong?

Something might have jostled something out of place after the Charge 5 was dropped twice.
