Hi! I cannot find the setting for waking the screen automatically when a new notification arrives. Also googling did not cover this, so I have to ask if anyone have found out something here that I have missed.. My watch vibrates, but I need to see what it was about without having to do some weird gestures or tapping the screen. Have been using samsung, garmin and huawei watches before and they all do this. I think this feature is obviously critical, so it's weird that it is not like this by default, and even weirder that I can't find settings for it easily..

Welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @aantonsen.
Thank you for sharing your inquiry about the Charge 5.
Could you please provide a few extra details? Let me know if you're indeed receiving the notifications on your device and if it's vibrating when you receive it. The Charge 5 should vibrate whenever you receive notifications, and the notification will be displayed when you turn your wrist towards you.
However, I did notice the screen does not turn on automatically when you receive the notification, you need to turn your wrist towards you to be able to see it. This setting is called Screen Wake and you can find it by swiping down on the main screen on the device. When you set screen wake to Auto, the screen turns on each time you turn your wrist. When you set screen wake to Manual, firmly tap the screen twice to turn it on.
If you'd like to see the screen turning on automatically as you mentioned, I recommend that you post this idea in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers. Make sure to post your idea including as many details as possible.
Have a great day.
