Hi! The screen on my fitbit charge 5 wont turn on. I've charged it over night and tried restarting it. It still syncs with the app and vibrates when I plug it in to charge, the green light on the back still comes on when you put it on your wrist but no sight of life in the screen. Does anyone know why this might be? How it can be fixed?

I have the same problem. It was working well as usual until the recent 188.58 update. It started with a battery-draining-rapidly problem for me. After contacting Support and going through troubleshooting that involved restarting and factory resetting the tracker, my screen is now black.
