When I put my charge 5 on the only thing that appears on my screen is 4 tiny green dots and one tiny red dot on the top. Time and date will not display. Couple of weeks ago I contacted you because timer would not shut off. I work out at our local YMCA 4 days a week plus other activities in our community. Folks inquire about my Fitbit and how I like it. I’m afraid I am not able to recommend it at this time. Need your help or recommendations.

Sorry to hear you're having problems. One thing you can try is to reset it. Put it on to the charger, then press the button at the USB end 3 times. Hopefully that should bring it back to life for you.

Oh dear @Ronn295 that's a shame as it often works for people.
If it's not working at all, then it's time to contact Support. Scroll to the bottom of the page, select Help, then Get Support, then Live Chat. That seems to be the easiest way to get help.

I've had the same problem. Multiple attempts at re-setting didn't work. Neither did logging out of the app and re-opening it, or any of the other fixes suggested on other threads. It seems like Support is the only remaining option. I hope you find a solution!

I lost my original charger and have an aftermarket which does not have a button. I unplugged it from the USB power slot and plugged it back in quickly four times and it's come back to life.
