Setting sets and rest durations for weight lifting

How do I set up a weight lifting workout with number of sets and rest times between each?

There is no such feature on Fitbit.

Hi @Joeseabee 

At the time of this post, you can have up to 6 workout shortcuts in the Exercise app/tile on your Charge 5. The shortcut allows you to manually start & stop your workout session. Although Weights is one of the exercises that you can have in your shortcuts, it doesn't have the option to include the number of sets & rest times between sets.
