Setting up Charge 5 for first time

It's been 6 hours.   It just will not connect with my iPhone.   I do have a Charge 2 in my house (it belongs to my partner).  I have kept it sequestered.   I don't know why.  I get up to about 5% and then it reverts to 0% and waits a while.  I really want this to work.

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've shared some instructions with you. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
