Hello! Since the past 2 nights sleep data, heart rate variability is not showing on my charge 5. Thus I am not able to see my readiness score.

 

however the resting heart rate is syncing and is available

 

please advice how to fix the issue.
as mentioned in other posts,

I have logged out of the app, turned off Bluetooth, restarted phone and Fitbit. 
I can also confirm that the Fitbit app and charge 5 software is up to date. 

Please help
