Sleep app not registering nor EKG

Hello- my fit bit did a sleep graph for light, deep and REM sleep the first night, and no markers or assessment but a bar graph and no detailed info the second night. What’s going on? The EKG aspect doesn’t work. Is there a reason?  When I try to make a post, it says the labels of sleep and EKG are not available in this, then it says to correct it. I did, but then I get a warning for “post flooding.” App programmers need to reprogram the app.

why do I not get this graph each night? I bought the watch to monitor my health after COVID. I bought the watch that said “sleep SPO2 and ECG” on purpose. But the app doesn’t show any of those graphs

I finally found the  ECG results in the app- it’s a complicated and not intuitive location. It needs to be linked or moved to the main page in the app.

the Charge 5 keeps saying inconclusive. If I can’t get a reading, along with detailed sleep graph and day SPO2, I’ll just return it and get an apple watch or other

Thank you. I did all that and keep getting inconclusive readings even with double checking my positioning
