I bought two Charge 5s on 7-March 2022 for my wife and I. My wife’s Charge will not hold a charge now for more than a few minutes. It will go from 100% to 0 in about 30 minutes. She’s tried the suggested trouble shooting steps but nothing works. This has been going on for about a week. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix? I love Fitbit but we kept our Apple Watches as we’ve had crazy tech issues with previous models of the FitBit. This may permanently drive us back to the Apple watch.

Hi, @UIW_Cardinal26, I suggest you talk to "Customer Support" and use the Chat facility or phone for a prompt response. You should not be experiencing this kind of battery drain on your Charge 5.
