Why are some sleeps getting recorded like the first few dark blue lines, and the occasional one like the 5the line (the one with the score). Ideally I want all my sleeps recorded like the one with the score. What am I doing wrong? Do lmk, thanks! I have the charge 5 if that helps.

xHi, @kevin121 , you will only get a sleep “score” if your Fitbit can get a consistent heart rate.  Ideally wear your Fitbit snugly, but not too tight, just above your wrist bone.  Obviously you cannot help your sleep position, but if your wrist is significantly flexed it may be difficult for the heart rate to be read consistently.

Other factors that will cause simplified sleep rather than sleep score are:

- You will not get a sleep score if you manually start sleep in your app.  You must let the Charge 5 detect sleep automatically.

- You may not get a sleep score if your battery reserves are too low.  Ideally keep your Fitbit charged to 20% or more.

- You will not get a sleep score if Fitbit detects a period of sleep 3 hours or less (Fitbit will assume a nap rather than a sleep

I hope this helps.  Welcome to the forums!
