Hi -
I just got my Charge 5 and the first night, my sleep was logged (included REM, ect.) but did not provide a sleep score. I realized I needed to get an update, so I did that and then I put my device on Sleep mode (using the fitbit itself) and successfully recorded and got a sleep score the second night.
Last night, I decided to try the "sleep" function through the phone app. While it did log my sleep/restless/awake, it did not my sleep cycles like the previous two nights. Should I just avoid using the phone app to toggle this and just let the fitbit do it's thing (or toggle from the device itself)?

You don't have to do anything for the device to track your sleep. Just go to sleep 🙂
