I bought my Charge 5 because it had a very good sleep score: awake, REM-sleep, light sleep and deep sleep on ONE time line. Then you changed it to 4 different lines which isn't so clear. Now I only have awake, restless and sleep which is useless for me. I really want to see REM and deep sleep. How can I get back the features I bought this watch for? The zon minutes have also stopped working. And yes I do restart the watch over and over again because it stopps givning me any sleep score now and then.

Hello @RutJ
This help page has the recommended troubleshooting steps to try: Why didn't I get sleep stages (<-- click link).
Since you mention not getting sleep stage info as well as zone minutes stopped working, I'm wondering if you have an problem with the heart rate sensor. Are you having problems with heart tracking? Do you see a green light on the back of your Charge 5? That's the heart rate monitor. To check it, place your finger across the back of the device. You should see the green light when you lift your finger.
If you don't see the green light, the first place to check is the Setting menu on your Charge 5 and make sure Heart rate is turned on.

Since Google purchased Fitbit so many of the wonderful features have disappeared. It started in 2023 with new boring green app and since then key features we have come to love are gone. Too bad google doesn’t reach out to their consumers before making software changes and asking for feedback. The “man behind the curtain” is clearly not a user of the device and clueless!
