Sleep stats and oxygen variations missing Charge 5

I added premium to my Charge 5 and since then have lost the sleep stats and graph and the oxygen variations graph.  

The premium additions are only minimally helpful.  The oxygen variations are useful as I have sinus and asthma.

If you're still not able to see your information, please try the following steps for the app: 

• Log out from the app.
• Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache)
• Restart your phone. 
• Log back in to check if you're able to see your information. 
• Try to set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem.
• Make sure the Fitbit app and your phone's operating system are updated to the latest version available.

Thank you for this information. The email went straight to spam and it was
pure luck that I found it. I tried every thing twice including forced
stop. This seems to have worked. I'll keep my fingers crossed.
