I've had my C5 since November, and I've been pretty lucky so far in regards to the battery issue - mine has only malfunctioned twice and both times the process of pushing the button on the charger & recharging to 100% has worked...
But since the firmware update the other day, I've actually had MORE trouble with it. First the oxygen saturation graph went bonkers, it's basically useless now. Okay, whatevs, I don't really pay that much attention to it anyway. But then I started noticing that my sleep stage details were... inaccurate. It claims I was awake for over half an hour without noticing. I might believe that for 2 or 3 minutes, but not 32. I've been keeping an eye on it for the past few nights and it looks like it's now tracking a significant portion of my REM sleep as awake time.
It has also started having trouble syncing in the morning - before I can view my sleep for the night I have to go through the whole process of force close the app, turn off bluetooth, restart my C5, turn on bluetooth, reopen the app... Every other day, sometimes every day.
Accurate and comfortable sleep tracking is 90% of why I upgraded from my C2 to the C5, so this is kind of a deal breaker if it doesn't straighten out. Is there a way to roll back the firmware maybe?
