I have the Charge 5. The sleep widget has an error. I woke up and went for a walk then use the sleep widget to check my sleep and it wrote that I was still asleep. When I go through the menus to find my sleep it seems to be correct. I have noticed this error a few times.
It also does this thing where when I checked the widget it say I went to sleep at a time and woke up at the current time. If I checked it again in five minutes it writes that I went to sleep sleep at a time plus five minutes and woke up at the current time plus five minutes.
