If you are comparing this to another Fitbit model, sleep score doesn't really vary by device, at least ones that have heart rate sensors. Some devices might have sightly more accurate sensors, but they all report the same type sleep information.

The Charge 5 does provide the percentages for each of the sleep stages that it tracks. You can also see how your sleep compares to the benchmark for men/women in your age range as well as your 30 day average.
Just to be clear, the sleep score itself is not a percentage. Your sleep score is based on the combination of Time Asleep, Deep & REM (this where you find the percentages for the sleep stages), and Restoration (percentage of Sleeping Heart Rate & Restlessness).
