Smart watch notifications not working Charge 5

Before the last firmware update everything worked fine.

 

since the update I no longer receive message/call notifications on my watch.

 

I haven’t changed any settings, and everything is 100% turned on and should be working, however since the last update it’s no longer showing me notifications on my watch.

 

any one else had this issue? If so, how did you resolve it?

I appreciate the information provided about the issue to receive call and text notifications with your Charge 5.  

 

If you haven't done so already, please make sure to follow all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications. This has been useful for other users experiencing the something similar. 

 

In addition to the steps mentioned earlier, make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed and to check all the compatibility requirements here. Keep in mind that you need Android OS 8.0 or higher or Apple iOS 13 or higher on your phone and that you won’t see notifications on your Fitbit device if the Do Not disturb Mode or the Sleep Mode options are turned on.
