So disappointed with charge 5

I just received my charge 5, 3 days ago. And I have to admit that I have never been this much disappointed, I had such high hopes.

The watch keep de-syncing, restarting bluetooth and the watch it self does not work; the only thing that works is completely re-pairing it, and the sync only last for couple of hours. This renders this watch unusable. (And yes; I have tried to follow all the guides there, and I believe contacting customer support would be useless, as seems alot of other consumers are facing the same issue)

I dont understand how a company as a big as Fitbit, owned by google, cannot fix a simple bluetooth problem, that cheaper watches does not have?! (I have used other brands in the past and they were fine), for more than a year now!

I hope this issue would be fixed in the following month, otherwise Ill have to return this watch, and start warning people about this issue.

what do you mean 'the sync only lasts a couple of hours'? Are you trying to keep it syncing all the time? I only sync mine briefly once or twice a day.

Once is not connected to the phone anymore, I cannot see the updated stats on my phone, I cannot install any app/clock, I can no longer receive notifications ... etc
