My Charge 5 has stopped recording HRV overnight. It used to work but after 9th October I have only three readings, despite wearing it every night. Have tried customer service + community tips. Trying restart and pushing charger cable 3x simply will not work. Was there an upgrade 9th October? Does anyone know a solution to this problem? (I will NOT buy Charge 6 only because my current product is not working. Instead, I will move to Garmin or other product). Thanks in advance
