I’ve stayed loyal to Fitbit for years now.
i started with a charge 2 then 3, 4 and now 5.
none lasted 12 months….either strap issues or bricking.
my latest charge 5 just bricked after just a few months.
I popped it in the garbage as, I cannot waste more of my life trying to sort yet another issue and I do not want a replacement..
Shame after years of patronage but I can’t do it anymore.
I have an iPhone so will reluctantly move across to Apple.
sad day as I’ve years of stats and progress stored.

SAME. 🙄. I can't even re-add my Charge 5 to my phone via Bluetooth. So over this cycle!
