As of Wed this week, SP02 stopped tracking. All other sleep metrics are.  Any one else having this issue on their Charge 5 and any suggestions on how to resolve?

 

Also, since this week the wake fitbit stopped working automatically when raising arm.  I tried to make update from manual to automatic, but feature appears disabled now.  Any suggestions here.  Very annoying to have to tap each time.

Hello @PAR22 

 

SpO2 seems to be being a bit temperamental recently and my stats are showing up the day after.

 

With the screen wake situation, scroll down from the Clock Face screen to Sleep Mode and make sure it’s set to Off.  When it’s on, Auto Wake is greyed out and won’t work.

 

 I hope that helps a bit.
