Why Charge 5 don’t show Sat O2 and other advanced health metrics in Brazil? Almost every other country in latin america show it, but the largest and most populated one? Why is that?

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @Ana1974.

Thank you for your inquiry about the Charge 5 and the SpO2 feature.

As you mentioned earlier, Fitbit SpO2 app is automatically added for users in select countries. For more information on the availability of Fitbit SpO2 and other Health Metrics, see fitbit.com. Unfortunately Brazil is not present on the list for the moment, please keep in mind that these features often require the approval of certain agencies and institutions of each country before they can be activated for use. I recommend that you review this list periodically to check if your country has been added.

In addition, I would recommend that you post this idea in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers. Make sure to post your idea including as many details as possible. This is helpful for users to show their support for a specific idea and for the team of developers to track popularity and demand over time.

Thanks again for sharing all your feedback and comments about this.

So do they require approval of agencies in Brazil?

WHEN will it roll out? WHEN? Why are we paying nearly a thousand bucks for something that doesn't work?

How is that remotely acceptable?!

I got mine yesterday and I'm terribly disappointed at FitBit. For sure you lost a consumer for life.

I think that's some kind of approval here in Brazil. Of government telecomunication agencies. That's very unfortunate. I'm very disappointed too.

If it makes you feel better I’m in the USA and it’s not working for me either 🙁

@lsc2077 @Ana1974 Thanks for sharing your reply and your feedback about this.

Unfortunately it's not possible to provide a specific time period to see this feature available in Brazil. If you haven't done so already, please make sure to vote for this idea posted in the  Feature Suggestion board of the Community: Make ECG app available in Brazil

The team continues to work to improve the quality of products and services and your feedback is an important part of that process.

@Gadgetgal44 Could you please provide a few more details about the issue you're experiencing with the ECG feature? Are you getting any specific error message?

I'll be around.
