Macronutrients are not dispayed

When I enter food, the calories are displayed but not the micronutrients...fat, carbs, protein.

It worked yesterday but now it does not. Only the calories are displayed. 

I spoke with CS and they could not help. I asked that my problem be elevated for resolution. By the way, my app was updated today and I restarted the Charge 5 per CS instruction. NOTE: I had this issue BEFORE I updated the app and restarted the watch. 

 

I have had another problem changing the exercises displayed on the Charge 5. I am not sure if it is related. I have has that issue sine I got the Charge 5.

I had a Charge 4 for quite a while and I  was very satisfied. The only reason I changed is bacuse the band connection on the watch broke.

 

I hope this can be resolved. I don't want to keep this Charge 5 if it can't be.resolved.

I just checked again and now it is working!

Baffling. We'll see if it lasts. Not much confidence in this device.
