Charge 5 Dead

My Charge 5 died suddenly this morning. It was fully charged and working fine until about 30 minutes ago. I have tried all of the steps mentioned in other posts in the community and none of it has worked. The device is about 9 months old.

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've shared some instructions with you. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
