Can anyone explain why my charge 5 is suddenly no longer showing any spo2 info? Has been working well for months but now tells me my device isn't compatible with the spo2 feature. Which it clearly is. Can anyone help?

Same situation for me.
Actually, i dont think that this has ever worked.
Right now, just wiped my Charge 5 and re-paired it with my Pixel 8 Pro .
I can add the app to the watch/tracker but the Fitbit app reports that i need to install the app inside the fitbit app but when i do this, it reports that its not compatible with my device.
I am in the US and my profile is set as such.
so long story short, app is installed on the watch, but the module needed inside the fitbit app is not installed neither available.

Hi Maria, is there an update on this? It's a pretty key component of the watch for many of us and this has been ongoing for a while now...

Hello.
following up.
My Charge 5 is now showing the readings but the phone app still reports that its missing the SpO2 app.
When I click on it and try to install it, its greyed out.
I am located in the US, yet it says that the app is not available to me.

Removed the app from the phone and wiped the tracker.
Reinstalled the app and everything is now working correctly.
