Have had two Charge 5 Fitbits now, both have failed with the same battery draining issue experienced by many other users. With my latest Charge 5 being out of warranty, Fitbit just offered me a derisory 35% discount on the purchase of a new device. Given the clear weakness of this product, Fitbit should really be providing a replacement at no cost, irrespective of the warranty period.
Given the woeful customer experience provided, I can't see myself buying from Google / Fitbit again.
