SpO2 is not working on my Charge 5

Hi there,

For days now, I get no SpO2 reading. Today even SpO2 app not available in Gallery. I've done the lot, update  restart, disconnect, connect, etc., without success.

Any solutions anyone, please.

Thank you. I had the same problem a few weeks ago. But the app appeared again in the Gallery  and it seemed to work fine for a few days. But it keeps disaapearing, and not working atm.
