Hi, I have just purchased a Charge 5, gone through the download app and completed the initial setup process,
Only to find the main reason I bought this was for the spO2 oxygen tracking, it is literally vital for me as I have pulmonary fibrosis, so I need to monitor my oxygen levels.
Is the spO2 function only available through the premium subscription, or is it not available in Australia.
Should I do a factory reset and try again, any help would be greatly appreciated, Cheers

Welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @LaughingHeart.
Thank you for sharing your inquiry about the Charge 5 and the SpO2 feature.
After reviewing this list of compatibility by country, I can see that this feature should indeed be available in Australia. Could you please provide a few more details about the issue itself? Let me know if you mean that you were able to install the SpO2 app but you're not getting any reading.
If you removed the SpO2 app from your device, reinstall it in the Fitbit app on your phone:
You should be able to see your SpO2 trends in the Health Metrics tile in the Fitbit app on your phone. To get SpO2 information, you need to:
If you still don't receive your SpO2 information, please follow the steps listed here below:

Hello @LaughingHeart
If you were wanting a continuous SpO2 monitor for your health issue, a Fitbit is not the device you need. Fitbits track nightly SpO2 with only a single reading. You might want to ask your doctor if they have a recommendation.
