Step Streak location

Why is the Step Streak buried on the APP? Why not put it back on the front screen?

I'm not sure what you mean by "Step Streak" since this was never an option (to my knowledge) in the Fitbit app.  You can, however, see your steps directly on the device by tapping the bottom of the device (where the date is).  It may not be the first option, depending on how it's set up (it's been a min. since I've worn mine, so I don't remember if it was the first option, second option, etc.)
