The steps did not reset overnight on my Fitbit Charge 5. When I woke up, my Charge 5 shows the same steps as when went to bed, with a slight increase for moving around overnight. The steps have continued to go up throughout the day, without resetting. When using the iPhone Fitbit App, it is now unable to sync with the Charge 5 and it lists 0 steps for today. I have been unable to repair the Charge 5 with my iPhone despite several attempts. Any suggestions?

Hi, I appreciate all the information provided about this issue with your Charge 5, @WF99.
Let me know if you experienced this behavior only once or if's been having for several days. In the meantime,
I recommend that you try restarting the device again using the three pulse restart method mentioned here below, instead of the restart option found on the Charge 5 itself:
In addition, you can try setting up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having this inconvenience.
Hope this helps, I'll be around.
