Still waiting for firmware update

It is December 1 and my Fitbit still does not have the newest update! It is still running 188.58, which is the firmware associated with the failed battery issues.
 
Why am I not getting 194.61 update available yet? It’s been out since June.

Hello @MississaugaMom 

I think firmware version 194.61 was pulled after numerous reports of issues. My Charge 5, like yours, is still on version 188.58. So far, it's stable.

We just have to keep watch for the pinned post announcing the next firmware version. Hopefully, that one will be stable and not cause issues.
