This afternoon the screen on charge 5 is now blank and from phone it’s not communicating.
Both Charge 5 and phone fully charged, phone is trying to locate and cannot find. Charge 5 doesn’t respond to the connect function reset done every second 3 times?
charge 5 is not that old and looks like I will be switching from Fitbit as their is no support as I cannot afford to replace these every time they come out with a new Fitbit!!
hope someone has a fix for this.

I have the same problem. My Charge5 tells me I have irregular heart notifications but checking history results in a white screen. I could remove the app and reinstall, but that would probably lose the history. Does anyone have any ideas (apart from see your doctor)?
