I bought a charge 5, 2 years ago, battery drains quickly despite of I've reset the phone some times

what can I do? Is there solution to my fitbit watch??

My fitbit is about 1 1/2 year. Since a week the battery is empty within a day!

I am having the same problem.  It happens a few times each day now. Only way to restart it is with charger but don't always have access to it or be in a position to do that.  Its a real pain.  What are Fitbit doing about it.  Seems they are now charging a fortune for what is almost a throwaway product after a short period of time.

I’m also having the same issues. Only my Charge 5 is only 10 months old. I don’t even get half a day out of my battery. I had a Charge 4 Fitbit and a similar thing happened to that one after 18 months. So I thought I would upgrade thinking it couldn’t possibly happen again. I don’t think I will be buying another Fitbit. That’s for sure.

I have the same problem with my Charge 5. After 10 months, its battery suddenly drains very fast. I'm lucky it is still under warranty and got a replacement - I had to send a video of the problem to CS. 

But now after 5-6 months my replacement Charge 5 has a different problem - it is working but the screen goes completely blank. I know it's working because when I sync it the data is there. But now I can't use normally anymore.
