My Charge 5 started displaying the logo screen on a bike ride yesterday and I've been unable to get it to restart. I tried letting the battery run down fully. That didn't allow it to reset. I also tried the method of pressing the button on the cord 3X. It will blanke the screen, and then go right to the logo screen and no further. Until now I've really enjoyed my Charge 5. I sync this with an iPhone, but that doesn't appear related in the least. Help!

Hi, @Arby45 , I would try the button restart a few more times, since a single restart doesn’t always work. You could also try changing the clock face. You can do this in the app. Instructions are here . Of course that will only work if your Charge 5 is still syncing, which you don’t mention.
I don’t usually recommend this (although Moderators recommend it regularly) but as nothing else is working you could try re-setting up you Charge 5. On your app tap the person photo/icon and on the next screen scroll down to + Set up a device. From the drop down list choose Charge 5. You will get a message saying there is already a Charge 5 connected to your account, do you want to replace it? Confirm that you do and follow the instructions from there. Unfortunately it will remove your Charge 5 from your account before it detects whether it can perform a set up, so doing this does limit any further options because the Fitbit will be gone from your account.
