Charged the Charge5 all day yesterday, then wore it overnight. In the morning it was hard to start (some message about charging). Eventually I got it charging (almost flat) but now it's showing the wrong time. Haven't been able to sync it yet.
This has happened a couple of times over the last week. I suspect that it's dying and I'll need to junk it cos it's out of warranty.

Hi, @Gabbee , the time will update if you can get it to sync. Give it a couple of hours charge first, as you report the battery was very low. When it has had a couple of hours, the simplest way of forcing a sync is with your phone and Fitbit close together, log out of your Fitbit app and log back in again (but be sure you know your Fitbit email and password). A new log in should force a sync.
If that doesn’t work, please see this help article for troubleshooting a Fitbit that won’t sync .
Don’t give up on your Fitbit yet! But as it is getting older (out of warranty) it is important to keep the battery at a good level of charge - charging little and often does the trick. Whenever possible try to avoid discharges to below 20%.
