When you say it's stuck on the logo, do you mean the setup screen with the logo and text scrolling beneath? If so have you tried removing the device from you account (in the Fitbit app), removing it from your phones Bluetooth settings and then trying to set it up again "set up device" in the Fitbit app.
Best AnswerI think at this point it's probably safe to assume the device is faulty (bricked) if it's not responding to anything you've tried. I would recommend contacting customer support (here) to discuss which warranty options are available to you.
