Stuck on logo

Have had this less than a month!!    I have done the restart.  Let it die and charge.   Same results.  So frustrated!!

When you say it's stuck on the logo, do you mean the setup screen with the logo and text scrolling beneath? If so have you tried removing the device from you account (in the Fitbit app), removing it from your phones Bluetooth settings and then trying to set it up again "set up device" in the Fitbit app.

I have tried all that you mentioned. It will not connect to Bluetooth nor allow me to set up again. I removed the device and have tried to replace it on the app but it does not work.

Anymore ideas?

It is just the logo. Nothing else in the watch
I was so excited to get this and now it just sits and has me totally frustrated

I think at this point it's probably safe to assume the device is faulty (bricked) if it's not responding to anything you've tried. I would recommend contacting customer support (here) to discuss which warranty options are available to you.
