Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Balsicas. I'll be happy to assist with your Cardio load inquiry.

The optical HR sensor does not record data when the device is in swim mode because refractions from the water can impact the heart rate reading and that's why Cardio load doesn’t accumulate during swimming exercises.

Hello @Balsicas

As noted on this help page (<-- click link):

Cardio load doesn’t accumulate during swimming exercises because heart rate tracking is disabled.
