Hi everyone  ,just got the charge 5 ,does it automatically record swimming or do you have to set up ,if so how .thanks

Hi, @Willfan, welcome, you have two choices, swipe down to "Water Lock" & turn on, get in, swim, finish & go home then sync your Fitbit app to see the data which will have been auto-recognized.

Alternatively swipe right to exercise>swipe up to and touch "Swim", touch the "Start" arrow (you'll get an elapsed time display) double tap twice to unlock the water lock (that was automatically applied when you started) then "Finish". If you do not see "Swim" in the exercise register this video demonstrates how to customise it.
