Switching Versa 3 to a used Charge 5

All I am getting on my Charge 5 screen is a message to download the FitBit app, after setting the Charge 5 back to factory defaults, and unpairing it from the prior owner's phone.  When I remove the Versa 3 from the FitBit app and disconnect it from Bluetooth on my phone, and I attempt to connect the Charge 5, the app cannot find the Charge 5.  Is there something wrong with the Bluetooth on the Charge 5?  I cannot get back to Settings on the Charge 5 to check the Bluetooth.  Help!

Hello @jlobster72 

Another troubleshooting step to try is clearing the storage for the Fitbit app on your phone. This will clear the cache and data for the Fitbit app. When you do this, you will need to log back into the app.
