Can you sync a Charge 5 to your computer?

And how do you do it?

I tried for hours without success.

I'm sorry, but there is no way to sync your Charge 5 with a PC or a Mac. You need a compatible Android phone or tablet, iPhone, or iPad to set up new Fitbit devices. You can’t set up or sync with Windows 10 devices.
