Synced showing zero on tablet and mobile. On charge 5 details for today are yesterday, when checking sync says notsynced since yesterday afternoon. Steps out for yesterday showing g as today. Help

Go to your Bluetooth and see if your Charge 5 appears on your list of connected devices. Try turning your Bluetooth off, wait a few seconds then turn your Bluetooth on again. If the problem persist try restarting your Charge 5. You will not lose your data by performing a restart. Here’s how: Plug your Charge 5 into its charger then press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times, pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears. If the continues try restarting your phone.
