In the last six months Fitbit has dropped in its customer service, app compatibility and general service. I don’t see the point in having a Fitbit that you have to restart your phone everyday for it to sync and there is zero assistance from ‘customer support’. Seriously considering moving to an Apple Watch instead. Is anyone else having similar issues with Fitbit?

I’ve been having the same issue since around the time they updated the app. It’s frustrating and sometimes when I restart it still doesn’t help.
