Sync problem Charge 5

My Charge 5 only sync steps. No heart rate data, no sleep data, health metrics. Just steps. Not the first time I have sync problems so I already did turn off and on Bluetooth and phone, I did restart the watch. So problem is not on my end.

Hi, thanks for confirming that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps and that you're having this problem with your Charge 5, @SunsetRunner.   

If you're still having any issues, let me know if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems, and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.  

Since you're able to see the steps, you can also try to: 

  • Log out from the Fitbit app
  • Restart your phone
  • Log back in and check if you continue to have the same problem
