Charge 5 not synchronizing at all. The day has passed and it’s stuck on the same data from yesterday. It’s not synchronizing with my iPad or my Android phone. I’ve restarted all devices, Fitbit included to no avail, even tried connecting to the charging cable and pushing the button, nothing happened.

It’s really frustrating paying so much money for this products for them to malfunction continuously.

Any help from the community?

I'm having the exact same issue, and have tried all the same steps. It's still adding to yesterday's step count and functions like watch and timers still display but no sync.

In my case it has solved by itself. This morning it was working fine and I managed to get it sync… the marvelous intricacies of modern technology!
