Synching problems after not synching for many days

I haven’t been able to synch lately.  Due to a hand injury a month ago, I wasn’t paying much attention to my Charge 5.  I discovered it wasn’t auto synching and when I try to force synch it, it says “taking longer than usual to synch” but never does.

Has been going on for the the past day or since 3:30am EST 7/23/2022. Device has not synched since. has not updated any of my data since then
