Syncing problems

Have problems syncing Fitbit and Carb Manager.  Can’t move Fitbit to my Google acct.

There is currently a bug that is affecting calorie tracking. The team is aware of the issue and is working on a fix. Hopefully, it won't take too long for the fix to be rolled out.

You could contact Support (<-- click link) to see if they can help you migrate your Fitbit account to your Google account. Complete the prompts until you get the options to chat or call.
